These terms are the agreement between you and DGExams. They cover what the service is, what you may upload, what you promise us about it, what you may not do with it, what you pay, and what we do and do not guarantee. By creating an account — or by using DGExams without one, where we offer that — you accept them.
What DGExams is, and what it is not
DGExams is a private study tool. It reads material you give it, turns it into practice questions, answers each one independently a second time, and flags where that answer disagrees with the source's.
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), or by any other authority. Naming an exam is not a claim of any relationship with the body that runs it.
- It is not a course. There is no curriculum, no instructor, no completion certificate and no credential of any kind.
- It is not medical advice, and it must never be used to make a decision about a real patient.
- Its answers and explanations are generated by an AI model. They are frequently wrong in ways that read as confident.
Your account
DGExams is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (counted in Gregorian years) to create an account, and to use DGExams without one. If you are under 18, do not sign up or use it. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or close it.
One person per account. Keep your password to yourself: anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has access, change your password — doing so signs out every other device immediately.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger, which erases your material as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may decline a sign-up from a disposable email address, and we limit how often sign-in, sign-up and code emails can be attempted — to protect accounts, and the mailbox behind them.
What you upload, and what you promise about it
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You are also responsible for it, and by uploading it you confirm that all of the following are true:
- You have the right to upload it and to have it processed as described here — because you wrote it, because you lawfully acquired it, or because whoever holds the rights has permitted it.
- It is not a commercially published question bank, textbook or course material that you did not lawfully acquire.
- It does not contain any real patient's information, and no personal data about anyone who has not agreed to it being there.
- Uploading it does not break any rule that binds you — including the rules of an examining body about reproducing exam content.
If a claim is brought against us because something you uploaded broke one of those promises, you are responsible for it and will cover what it costs us to deal with, so far as the law allows.
The permission you give us
To run the service you are asking for, you give us permission to store your material, to process it, and to send it to the third parties that do that processing — including AI providers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Privacy Policy names them.
That permission is limited to operating the service for you. We do not use your uploads to train AI models, we do not sell them, and we do not show them to other users — except through a share link you create yourself, and except that a result already generated from your material may be served to someone who submits the same file or matching text, as the Privacy Policy describes under reuse of generated results between users.
It lasts as long as you keep the material in your account. Delete it, or delete your account, and the permission ends with it.
Examination rules are yours to follow
Examining bodies, including SCFHS, prohibit reproducing, sharing or memorising examination content for redistribution. Those rules bind candidates directly, and the penalty for breaking them falls on the candidate — not on us.
Acceptable use
DGExams is for your own study. You may not:
- access it by automated means — scrapers, scripts or bots — or copy its content out in bulk;
- get around a usage limit, an allowance or a suspension, including by creating extra accounts for that purpose;
- probe, overload or attack the service, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
- upload malware, or material that is unlawful, defamatory or that you have no right to (the promises above apply), or use a share link to pass any of these to others;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent a relationship with an examining body.
We may remove content, revoke a share link, and suspend or close an account to stop any of this. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why first.
To report abuse — a share link carrying what it should not, or an account misusing the service — write to support@dgexams.com.
The answers and explanations are AI-generated
Every answer, explanation and topic label the app produces comes from an AI model. The second, independent answer and the disagreement flag are there to help you notice a problem — not to certify that anything is correct. A question the app agrees with itself about can still be wrong.
Check anything that matters against a primary source. Do not rely on this app for a clinical decision, and do not treat it as a substitute for the material it was built from.
Copyright complaints, and repeat infringers
If you hold rights in material that has been uploaded here without permission, write to support@dgexams.com and we will remove it. A notice is complete when it gives your name, your capacity — whether you hold the right or act for its holder — your address and how to reach you; the protected right and the facts of the infringement; the link to the material or where it appears on DGExams; a declaration that you own the right or represent its holder and have not licensed or authorised this use; and a declaration that you make the notice in good faith. If anything is missing we will ask you for it rather than ignore the notice.
However a rights holder reaches us, we remove material we can identify and take its copies with it, including copies inside share snapshots and our internal caches — all within 48 working hours of learning of the infringement or of receiving a complete notice, whichever comes first. An account that repeatedly uploads material it has no right to is suspended and then closed. This is a policy we apply, not one we merely publish.
Plans, payment and refunds
The price list on the front page says what each plan costs and what it includes. You buy a paid plan once you are signed in, from the page its card on the price list leads to or from Settings → Plan. Nothing here charges you anything until you choose a plan and pay for it.
When you buy a plan:
- The price shown on the price list is the price you pay, as a single payment.
- A plan you buy covers one month. It starts when you pay or, if a plan is already running on your account, when that plan ends, so you lose none of the time already on your account. Only one plan can be waiting to start at a time.
- A plan does not renew. It ends on its own when its month is over, and nothing more is charged unless you buy again, so there is nothing to cancel to stop a charge. Your bank stays yours either way.
- Each plan includes a set allowance of AI processing for its month, measured as the price list describes.
- You enter your card details on the payment provider's own page; they go to that provider and are never stored by us. The Privacy Policy names the provider.
Refunds — including your seven-day right to change your mind — are set out in the Refund Policy, published beside these terms at /refund; it is part of this agreement.
A complaint about a charge goes to support@dgexams.com first. Each complaint gets a reference number in our first reply, and we answer it in writing within five working days.
If we do not resolve a complaint, you may take it to the Ministry of Commerce. Nothing here limits your rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
The free week
Each account can use DGExams free for 7 days — its free week. The week starts the first time the account does any of these, not when the account is made: uses one of DGExams's AI features (for example reading questions from a file, writing explanations, sorting topics, or answering a question again), including features that use none of a plan's pages; uploads a file for DGExams to read; or saves its question bank while the bank holds study progress — an answered question, a revealed answer, a wrong attempt or an exam answer — including progress made before the free week was introduced. A result DGExams already made for an earlier request, shown to you again, does not always start the week. While no paid plan is running, the app shows how many days are left.
The week runs for 7 days (168 hours) from that moment, whether or not a paid plan is running on the account; buying a plan does not pause it or move it. While a paid plan runs, you use that plan. When the week is over and no paid plan is running — including when a plan bought before, during or after the week ends — the app asks you to choose a paid plan before you use it again. Your question bank and your progress are kept, and you can still sign out, delete your account, or ask for a copy of your bank as the Privacy Policy describes. Work already being processed in the background when the week ends — an uploaded file, a sort of your topics, or explanations being written — is finished.
Each account has one free week. The free week costs nothing, and nothing is charged when it ends.
Availability, and changes to the service
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that a feature will keep working the way it does today, or that anything you store here is backed up in a way you can rely on. You can get a copy of your bank at any time, as Your rights in the Privacy Policy describes.
We may change or withdraw features. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will say so before it takes effect. If these terms change in substance, we update the date and version at the top, and the next time you open the app we ask you to read and accept the new version before you continue.
Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — in particular the promises about what you upload, the acceptable-use rules, and the repeat-infringer policy above. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why first.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for the ordinary consequences of our own fault in providing the service, and nothing here limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for harm caused deliberately or by gross negligence.
Beyond that, we are not responsible for a decision you make on the basis of an AI-generated answer, for an examination outcome, or for material you or someone else uploaded.
Governing law, and which language wins
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute belongs to the competent Saudi courts.
The Arabic version governs. Where the English and the Arabic differ, the Arabic is the agreement — the English is provided so it can be read, not so it can be argued from.
