These terms are the agreement between you and DGExams. They cover what the service is, what you may upload, what you promise us about it, and what we do and do not guarantee. By creating an account you accept them.
What DGExams is, and what it is not
DGExams is a private study tool. It reads material you give it, turns it into practice questions, answers each one independently a second time, and flags where that answer disagrees with the source's.
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), or by any other authority. Naming an exam is not a claim of any relationship with the body that runs it.
- It is not a course. There is no curriculum, no instructor, no completion certificate and no credential of any kind.
- It is not medical advice, and it must never be used to make a decision about a real patient.
- Its answers and explanations are generated by an AI model. They are frequently wrong in ways that read as confident.
Your account
One person per account. Keep your password to yourself: anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has access, change your password — doing so signs out every other device immediately.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger, which erases your material as described in the Privacy Policy.
What you upload, and what you promise about it
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You are also responsible for it, and by uploading it you confirm that all of the following are true:
- You have the right to upload it and to have it processed as described here — because you wrote it, because you lawfully acquired it, or because whoever holds the rights has permitted it.
- It is not a commercially published question bank, textbook or course material that you did not lawfully acquire.
- It does not contain any real patient's information, and no personal data about anyone who has not agreed to it being there.
- Uploading it does not break any rule that binds you — including the rules of an examining body about reproducing exam content.
If a claim is brought against us because something you uploaded broke one of those promises, you are responsible for it and will cover what it costs us to deal with, so far as the law allows.
The permission you give us
To run the service you are asking for, you give us permission to store your material, to process it, and to send it to the third parties that do that processing — including AI providers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Privacy Policy names them.
That permission is limited to operating the service for you. We do not use your uploads to train AI models, we do not sell them, and we do not show them to other users except through a share link you create yourself.
It lasts as long as you keep the material in your account. Delete it, or delete your account, and the permission ends with it.
Examination rules are yours to follow
Examining bodies, including SCFHS, prohibit reproducing, sharing or memorising examination content for redistribution. Those rules bind candidates directly, and the penalty for breaking them falls on the candidate — not on us.
Do not upload material that is or claims to be recalled examination questions. If you do, you are breaking these terms and, more importantly, taking a risk with your own candidacy that we cannot take on your behalf.
The answers and explanations are AI-generated
Every answer, explanation and topic label the app produces comes from an AI model. The second, independent answer and the disagreement flag are there to help you notice a problem — not to certify that anything is correct. A question the app agrees with itself about can still be wrong.
Check anything that matters against a primary source. Do not rely on this app for a clinical decision, and do not treat it as a substitute for the material it was built from.
Copyright complaints, and repeat infringers
However a rights holder reaches us, we remove material we can identify and we take its copies with it, including copies inside share snapshots and our internal caches. An account that repeatedly uploads material it has no right to is suspended and then closed. This is a policy we apply, not one we merely publish.
Availability, and changes to the service
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that a feature will keep working the way it does today, or that anything you store here is backed up in a way you can rely on. Export your bank if it matters to you — Settings → export.
We may change or withdraw features. If a change materially reduces what you get, or if these terms change materially, we will say so before it takes effect.
Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — in particular the promises about what you upload, and the repeat-infringer policy above. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why first.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for the ordinary consequences of our own fault in providing the service, and nothing here limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for harm caused deliberately or by gross negligence.
Beyond that, we are not responsible for a decision you make on the basis of an AI-generated answer, for an examination outcome, for material you or someone else uploaded, or for loss of data you did not export.
Governing law, and which language wins
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute belongs to the competent Saudi courts.
The Arabic version governs. Where the English and the Arabic differ, the Arabic is the agreement — the English is provided so it can be read, not so it can be argued from.
