DGExams hosts study material that its users upload. We do not choose, review or publish that material, but we do remove it when a rights holder tells us it infringes. This page explains how to tell us, what happens next, and how long it takes.

01How to report infringing material

Write to support@dgexams.com and tell us what you have found. There is no form to fill in and no particular wording we require — a notice in your own words, or your lawyer's standard template, is fine either way.

A notice is complete when it gives the first five of these; the sixth is optional, and the most useful:

  • Who you are: your name, whether you hold the rights or act for whoever does, your address, and how to reach you.
  • The protected right and the facts of the infringement: what the work is (the title, and the edition or year if it has one) and how it is being infringed.
  • The link, or where it appears on DGExams — a share link, or the name a file appears under.
  • A declaration that you own the rights or represent their holder, and that you have not licensed or authorised this use.
  • A declaration that you send the notice in good faith.
  • The file itself, if you can attach it. This is the single most useful thing you can send: it lets us identify every copy exactly rather than guessing from a title.

We will not refuse a complaint because something on that list is missing. If we need more to act on it, we will ask.

02What we do when a notice arrives

We acknowledge every notice, and we remove infringing material within 48 working hours of receiving a complete notice or of otherwise learning of the infringement, whichever comes first.

Removal reaches every copy we hold that derives from the file, not only the one you happened to find: the uploader's own question bank, any share link built from it, and the cached machine output produced from it. Questions we generated from a document are derived from it, and they come down with it.

We keep a dated record of every notice and what we did about it. That record is not published.

If a notice concerns material that is not infringing — a candidate's own course notes, or a document you do not in fact hold rights in — we will say so rather than remove it, and explain why.

03If your material was removed and you disagree

Write to support@dgexams.com. Tell us which material was removed, that you believe the removal was mistaken, and why — for example that the document is your own work, that you have permission, or that the complainant does not hold the rights they claim.

We will pass your explanation to whoever complained within two working days of receiving it, and decide from there. Nothing you send us in a counter-notice is used for any other purpose.

04Examination content specifically

Examining bodies prohibit reproducing or redistributing examination content, and those rules bind candidates directly. If you are an examining body and material on DGExams reproduces your examination content, write to support@dgexams.com as above, and we treat it with the same deadline.

DGExams is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or any other examining body.
