This policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes. It applies to every paid subscription to DGExams. Your statutory rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law come first — nothing here takes them away.
Seven days to change your mind
You may cancel a new subscription and ask for a full refund within seven days of paying, for any reason. You do not have to explain why.
This is your right under Article 13 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law. We do not ask you to waive it, and we do not say that digital purchases are final — because they are not.
What counts as having started to use it
The law lets a seller decline a withdrawal once you have begun to benefit from a digital service. So that this is never a judgement call, we define it as exactly three things — each one recorded by the app, and each one visible to you:
- You have imported a PDF or pasted text that was processed.
- You have answered a question, revealed an answer, or recorded a wrong attempt in quiz or review, or submitted an exam.
- You have used any of the period's AI processing pages.
If none of those has happened, you get a full refund within the seven days, without discussion.
If one of them has, we will still consider your request anyway. We would rather refund someone who is unhappy than keep money from a study tool that did not help them.
Tell us what happened — write to support@dgexams.com.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Ask from the email address on your account and tell us you want a refund. That is the whole process — there is no form to fill in.
Write to support@dgexams.com.
We answer every request within five days, and we pay an approved refund within fourteen days of the day you asked — not of the day we approved it — to the card or account you paid from. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
If we refuse, we will tell you which of the three conditions above applied and why. You can take the matter to the Ministry of Commerce if you disagree with us.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the month you are in, and you keep everything you paid for until that month ends.
We will not charge you again after you cancel, and we will never make cancelling harder than subscribing was.
Your question bank is yours. Cancelling does not delete it, and you can export it at any time — before or after.
When we refund without being asked
If we charge you twice for the same period, we return the extra charge as soon as we find it.
If we take the service down for a long stretch and you cannot study, tell us and we will credit or refund the time you lost.
If we close your account for a reason that is not a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of the period.
